基于生态足迹的芜湖市近6年可持续发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 芜湖是长三角经济发展的重要港口城市和华东地区重要的交通枢纽.利用生态足迹模型研究芜湖市生态环境与经济建设的协同关系具有重要的指导意义.通过分析芜湖市2015年至2020年的生态足迹分析结果,重点评价芜湖市生态环境和经济建设的发展动态.结果表明,2015年至2020年芜湖市人均生态足迹逐年下降,由2015年的3.38 hm^(2)减少到2020年的2.90 hm^(2),降幅达到14.2%;其中化石能源用地占比最大,达到人均生态承载力的69.27%,其次是耕地占比15.26%;而林地、草地等自然用地仅占人均生态承载力的4.45%.化石能源是芜湖市主要生态足迹消耗资源,且经济发展与生态保护之间矛盾突出.总体而言,2015~2020年芜湖城市发展均呈现生态赤字,处于强不可持续状态,总体生态安全形势较弱.本研究认为,应调整芜湖市的经济结构,平衡发展与生态的关系,继而达到芜湖市生态环境和城市建设的可持续发展. Wuhu is an important port city for economic development of the Yangtze River Delta and an important transportation hub in eastern China.Using the Ecological Footprint Model to study the synergistic relationship between Wuhu′s ecological environment and economic construction has important guiding importance.Based on the ecological footprint model,the ecological footprint of Wuhu city from 2015 to 2020 was calculated and analyzed,and thus the ecological environment and economic construction of Anhui Province was evaluated.The results showed that the per capita ecological footprint of Wuhu decreased from 3.38 hm^(2) in 2015 to 2.90 hm^(2) in 2020,a decrease of 14.2%.Among them,fossil energy land accounted for 69.27% of the per capita ecological carrying capacity,followed by cultivated land accounting for an average of 15.26%.Natural land such as forests and grasslands only accounted for 4.45% of the per capita ecological carrying capacity.Fossil energy was the main resource of ecological footprint consumption in the Wuhu City,which greatly contradicted to the economic development.In total,the Wuhu City showed ecological deficit in the past 6 years,and had a strongly unsustainable state,in which the overall situation of ecological security was weak.this study believes that adjusting the economic structures and balancing the economic development and ecological environment is necessary to achieve sustainable development in Wuhu City.
