摘要
依据HJ828-2017《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》进行了低浓度废水中化学需氧量的监测,探讨了从现场采样到实验室样品分析全过程的不确定度来源,评定了测定结果的不确定度。不确定度分析的测定结果为:9 mg/L,扩展不确定度为:1 mg/L(k=2),其中重复性是影响不确定度的最主要因素,可见现场采样操作和水样均匀性对低浓度废水的测定影响尤为显著。
In this paper,the monitoring of chemical oxygen demand in low-concentration wastewater is carried out according to HJ 828-2017 Water quality—Determination of the chemical oxygen demand—Dichromate method.The sources of uncertainty of the whole process from field sampling to laboratory analysis were discussed before the uncertainty was quantified.The result of wastewater was 9 mg/L and the expanded uncertainty was 1 mg/L(k=2).Repeatability was the most important factor affecting the uncertainty.Field sampling and uniformity of samples had particularly significant effects on the determination of low-concentration wastewater.
