摘要
采用“二水法”湿法磷酸工艺对阿联酋某中品位磷矿进行了制酸评价研究,通过单因素实验得到了“二水法”湿法磷酸最适宜的生产控制条件,包括游离SO_(3)浓度、磷酸浓度、停留时间和液固比4个主要工艺参数。磷矿制酸系统在最适宜工艺参数控制下连续运行24 h,磷石膏滤饼采用二级逆流洗涤,磷矿中P_(2)O_(5)转化率可达到97.9%,回收率可达到96.9%,料浆的过滤强度约为10.5 t P_(2)O_(5)每平方米每天(TPD P_(2)O_(5)/m^(2))。
The evaluation of phosphoric acid preparation from a middle-grade phosphate ore in the United Arab Emirates was carried out by“dihydrate”wet-process phosphoric acid process.The optimum conditions of dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid were obtained by single factor experiment,including four main process parameters,which were,free SO_(3)concentration,phosphoric acid concentration,residence time and liquid-solid ratio.phosphoric acid preparation system was operated continuously for 24 h under the optimum process parameters,and the filter cake of phosphogypsum was washed by two-stage countercurrent washing.As a result,the conversion rate of P_(2)O_(5)in phosphate rock reached 97.9%and the recovery rate could reach 96.9%.The filtration strength of slurry was about 10.5 tons P_(2)O_(5)per square meter per day(TPD P_(2)O_(5)/m^(2)).
