摘要
为了解决重油公司九区实际工况存在的稠油粘度高的问题,本文提出了一种催化降粘复合技术。研究了现场稠油在不同催化剂、分散剂中的降粘效果,并分别从最优催化剂和分散剂选出最佳时间、温度和浓度配比,从而得出0.3%KL-B和4%KLPS-3复合水溶液对稠油降粘具有良好的降粘效果,降粘率高达99%以上。
In order to solve the problem of high viscosity of heavy oil existing in the actual working conditions in areas 6 and 9 of heavy oil company, this paper proposes a catalytic viscosity reduction composite technology.The viscosity reduction effect of heavy oil on site in different catalysts and dispersants was studied, and the optimal time, temperature and concentration ratio were selected from the optimal catalysts and dispersants respectively.Thus, 0.3%KL-B and 4%KLPS-3 composite aqueous solution had good viscosity reduction effect on heavy oil, with viscosity reduction rate as high as over 99%.
