摘要
为了研究座椅靠背转动对BioRIDⅡ假人伤害值的影响,在座椅靠背和坐垫骨架连接金属板上方开一个槽,增加座椅靠背下旋转角度,并对增加座椅靠背转动角度前后进行了对比试验。结果表明:在相同的试验条件下,增加座椅靠背转动角度可以降低假人头部加速度、T1加速度,降低上颈部力传感器的及下颈部力传感器曲线峰值;增加座椅靠背的转动对鞭打试验结果评价的影响最大的是下颈部F、头部加速度和T1加速度;下颈部F峰值降低对假人整体得分贡献最大达到了54.0%,头部和T1加速度峰值降低对假人整体得分提升贡献了37.8%。
In order to study the influence of the rotation of the seat back on the injury value of the BioRID Ⅱ dummy, a slot was opened above the connecting metal plate between the seat back and the seat cushion frame to increase the lower rotation angle of the seat back.A comparative test was carried out before and after increasing the rotation angle of the seat back.The results show that under the same test conditions, increasing the rotation angle of the seat back can reduce the head acceleration and T1 acceleration of the dummy, and reduce the curve peak value of the upper neck force sensor and the lower neck force sensor.Increasing the rotation of the seat back has the greatest impact on the evaluation of the whiplash test results, which is the lower neck F, head acceleration and T1 acceleration.The maximum contribution of the lower neck Fpeak reduction to the overall score of the dummy reaches 54.0%,the decrease of the peak acceleration of the head and T1 contributes 37.8% to the overall score improvement of the dummy.
