摘要
本文介绍了以硝酸与氯化钾为原料结合渗析法生产硝酸钾的新工艺,优化了工艺条件:n(KCl)∶n(HNO_(3))=1∶1.1,反应温度为60℃,体系浓度为32°Bé,V(水)∶V(母液)=12∶10。新工艺具有工艺流程简单、设备操作费用低、操作安全方便等优点,有效降低了结晶母液分离盐酸的难度,降低了结晶母液的处理成本。
This paper introduces a new process for the preparation of potassium nitrate by dialysis method with magnesium nitrate and potassium chloride as the raw materials,which has such advantages as easy and safe operation,low cost,and convenient operation,etc and reduce the separation requirement of hydrochloric acid and alleviate the burden of dealing with the crystallizationmother liquor.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:n(KCl)∶n(HNO_(3))=1∶1.1,the reaction temperature was 60℃,the system concentration was 32°Bé,V(H_(2)O)∶V(mother liquor)=12∶10。
