摘要
以木质素和金属钴为原料,创造性地提出基于木质素-金属钴超分子组装,成功构筑分散性好的金属钴催化剂。运用SEM、TEM、XRD、XPS、EDS、BET等,表征了催化剂的形貌、晶相、化学价态和比表面积等结构特性。结果表明,金属钴原子在木质素碳上分散均匀,钴含量5%,平均粒径13.56nm,比表面积为275.8 m^(2)/g。探讨了木质素负载高分散性金属钴原子催化亚甲蓝吸附脱色机理,研究了吸附动力学和等温吸附曲线,提出了自由基氧化脱色机理,拓展了木质素负载高分散性金属钴原子在环保领域的新应用。
It was successfully designed and synthesized metal cobalt atom homodispersed on lignin material through lignin-metal supermolecular assembly.The structural properties of metal cobalt atom were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and BET techniques.Results showed that cobalt atom homogeneously dispersed on graphite carbon surface,the content of cobalt was 5%,average size was 13.56nm,specific area was 275.8 m^(2)/g.In addition,the cobalt atom homodispersed on lignin was conducted tOdecolorize methylene blue solution.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm curves were investigated.It is shown that the adsorption kinetics of cobalt atom are fitted with quasi twOstage adsorption kinetics.The equilibrium adsorptions and initial adsorption rate are 72.58 mg/g and 1.2 mg/g.h,respectively.The mechanism of decoloing reaction is mainly followed a superoxide radical reaction mechanism.The findings open a new avenue tOdesign cobalt atom catalyst for applications in environmental remediation.
