摘要
土地革命战争时期,中国共产党非常注重报刊发行工作,强调各级党委在推广报刊发行中的责任和义务,要求广大党员积极订阅党报。为了推动根据地文化教育水平的提高,宣传党的方针政策,各级党组织广泛设立列宁室、俱乐部、夜校、识字班、读报会、读报组等组织,制定报刊发行与阅读规则,大力开展集体读报活动,提高广大群众和红军指战员的政治文化水平,促进乡村群众运动和革命活动的开展。使红色报刊能够深入乡村、深入基层、深入群众,充分体现了其宣传鼓动与文化教育作用。从发行、公共阅读与私人阅读结合的角度看,中共报刊宣传教育工作形成了一个系统的网络,实现了全党办报与群众读报的有机统一。
During the Agrarian Revolution War,the Communist Party of China attached great importance to the publication of newspapers and periodicals,emphasized the responsibilities and obligations of the Party committees at all levels in promoting the publication of newspapers and periodicals,and required the majority of Party members to subscribe to the Party newspapers actively.In order to improve educational standards in the base areas and publicize the principles and policies of the Communist Party of China,Party organizations at all levels extensively set up organizations,such as Lenin rooms,clubs,night schools,literacy classes,newspaper reading meetings and newspaper reading groups,formulated rules for newspaper distribution and reading,vigorously carried out collective newspaper reading activities,raised the political and cultural level of the broad masses and commanding officers of the Red Army and promoted mass movements and revolutionary activities in rural areas,thus the red press could penetrate the countryside,the grass-roots level and the masses.It reflected the function of propaganda agitate and cultural education fully.From the point of view of the combination of publishing,public reading and private reading,the propaganda and education of the Communist Party of China’s newspapers has formed a systematic network,which has realized the organic unity of the whole party’s newspaper-running and the masses’reading.
