摘要
目的分析妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用保温护理干预对预防低体温的应用效果。方法选取86例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(在对照组基础上采用保温护理),每组43例。对比两组患者围手术期不同时间点体温变化情况、低体温发生率、麻醉清醒时间及并发症发生率情况。结果手术开始前,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中15 min、术中30 min、术后30 min体温显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体温发生率27.91%显著低于对照组6.98%,麻醉清醒时间(17.69±3.59)min显著短于对照组(23.11±4.13)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用保温护理对预防低体温发生、缩短苏醒时间及降低并发症发生率具有重要作用,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of thermal insulation nursing intervention on preventing hypothermia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 86 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into the control group(conventional nursing)and the observation group(thermal insulation nursing on the basis of the control group)according to the random lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The changes of body temperature,incidence of hypothermia,anesthesia awake time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups at different time points during the perioperative period.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature at 15 min,30 min and 30 min after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 27.91%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.98%).The awake time of anesthesia in the observation group was(17.69±3.59)min,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(23.11±4.13)min,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thermal insulation nursing for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery plays an important role in preventing hypothermia,shortening the recovery time and reducing the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
