摘要
目的分析经脐单孔腹腔镜与三孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取66例卵巢囊肿患者,按照抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组33例。对照组采用三孔腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组手术效果。结果两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院总费用、美容满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.03%,明显低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术前后抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及窦卵泡计数(AFC)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜与三孔腹腔镜手术相比,安全性更高,但也存在一些不足,需要根据实际情况选择使用何种术式。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic and three-port laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts.Methods 66 patients with ovarian cysts were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with three-port laparoscopic surgery while the study group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difierence in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the total hospitalization cost and beauty satisfaction score were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 3.03%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and antral follicle count(AFC)between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with three-port laparoscopic surgery,transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery has higher safety,but there are also some shortcomings.It is necessary to choose the operation method according to the actual situation.
