摘要
在聚氨酯(PU)制备过程中,加入球磨法制备得到的氮化硼纳米片(BNNS)分散液,制备PU/BNNS复合材料体系。采用X-射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对样品的分子结构和微观形貌进行表征,并考察样品的力学性能、形状记忆性能和自修复性能。结果表明:BNNS引入后,复合材料的力学性能得到显著提升。当加入BNNS含量为0.5 wt%时,拉伸强度达到14.8±1.5 MPa,比纯PU提升了138.7%。BNNS具有良好导热性能,能改善复合材料的形状记忆性能。在引入BNNS后,复合材料的形状固定率、形状回复率均能得到提高。
Boron nitride nanosheets(BNNS)were prepared by ball milling.During the preparation of polyurethane(PU),BNNS dispersion was added to obtain PU/BNNS composite system.X-ray diffraction,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the good molecular structure and micro morphology of the samples.And the mechanical properties,shape memory properties and self-healing properties of the samples were investigated in detail.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were significantly improved after the introduction of BNNS.When the content of BNNS was 0.5 wt%,the tensile strength reached 14.8±1.5 MPa,which was 138.7%higher than that of pure PU.Moreover,the shape memory performance of the composite is also improved probably due to the thermal conductivity of BNNS,so that the shape fixation rate and shape recovery rate of the composite are greatly improved.
