摘要
为准确建立船舶系统舱室大气压力测量基准,并适应船舶环境,提出一种全金属的船用大气压力探头设计方案,采用圆盘结构消除环境风动压影响,通过采样孔感知流场静压,利用CFD软件进行二维及三维数值模拟,结果表明,环境风速和来流风向夹角均对静压采集产生影响,实验测试验证了设计结果。
Aiming at establishment the measure benchmark of the ship cabin atmospheric pressure,and adapting ship’s environment,a program of marine atmospheric pressure probes was proposed.This probe applied disc structure to eliminate environmental wind pressure,and senses the static pressure of the flow field through the sampling hole.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical simulation results using CFD software showed that both ambient wind speed and flow field wind direction have an impact on static pressure acquisition,and further experimental tests verify the design results.
