摘要
福建沿海地区属花岗岩分布区,受地质构造作用,地层演变极为复杂,岩面埋藏较深,上部有淤泥层存在,砂层较厚,下部碎块状风化岩的硬度大。对沿海某电厂项目的灌注桩施工进行研究,采用280型旋挖钻机成孔,配嵌岩双底捞砂斗和长护筒,采用奈普顿化学泥浆进行护壁,反循环法二次清孔,解决施工难的问题。
Granites are wildly distributed in the coastal region of Fujian Province in China.The formation of the strata were controlled by the complex geologic structure.Generally,the rock stata are buried deeply and covered by thick sands and sludge strata.The fragmental weathered rock underground are very hard.In this article,research on the rotary drilling bored piles in a power plant project owned were carried out.A 280 type rotary drilling rig was used to drill the hole with the help of using double bottom bailing hopper and long steel casting.The Neptune special high-efficiency polymer mud for rotary drilling rig were used for slurry protection of the inner wall,and reverse circulation method was used for hole cleaning.The difficulty of piles installation were solved by using this construction technilogy process.
