摘要
农村土地征收是促进我国经济社会发展的重要支撑,正确处理好在农村集体所有土地征收过程中出现的各种问题,不仅关系到农民的合法权益,也关系到我国经济能否高质量发展。我国目前的农村土地征收依然存在的一些问题,亟待解决。本文从明确土地征收的内涵及其特征出发,通过对当前我国土地征收存在的问题的思考,提出解决农村土地征收问题的对策,来进一步维护被征地农民的合法财产权利。
Rural land expropriation is an important support for China’s economic and social development, and correctly handling various problems in the expropriation of rural collectively owned land is not only related to the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, but also related to whether China’s economy can develop with high quality. At present, there are still some problems in rural land expropriation in China, which need to be solved urgently. Starting from clarifying the meaning and characteristics of land expropriation, this paper proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of rural land expropriation by thinking about the current problems of land expropriation in China, so as to further safeguard the legitimate property rights of peasants whose land has been expropriated.
