摘要
某高层住宅小区项目所在地属于浅覆盖型岩溶区,基岩面覆盖土层的厚度变化较大,天然地基承载力较小,地质条件复杂。由于基岩埋深不同,地质土层均匀程度存在差别,因此地基承载力要求不同。该项目采用旋挖灌注桩、预应力管桩复合地基两种基础形式,取得了良好的效果。
The project site of a high-rise residential quarter is a shallow covered karst area.The thickness of the bedrock surface covering soil layer changes greatly,the bearing capacity of the natural foundation is small,and the geological conditions are complex.According to the different buried depth of bedrock,the different uniformity of geological soil layer and the requirements of foundation bearing capacity,the project adopts two foundation forms of rotary excavation cast-in-place pile and prestressed pipe pile composite foundation,which has achieved good results.
