摘要
为了推进选煤厂智能化建设,大海则选煤厂从智能一体化平台、BIM三维可视化管理、重介分选精准控制模型、介质智能添加、煤质智能化验等关键环节入手,并结合智能浓缩、智能装车、智能视频、智能配电等智能化技术,建成了能够自主运行、自动调节、自主决策的具有国际先进水平的智能化选煤厂示范工程,实现了日常生产无需人工干预,全流程无人值守。
In order to promote the development of intelligent coal preparation plants in China,construction of the Dahaize Plant is implemented by applying key intelligent technologies like intelligent integrated platform,BIM 3D visualized management,heavy medium separation precise control model,intelligent medium addition and intelligent coal quality control for the plant's key process links,together with the use of intelligent technologies for the thickening,truck loading and power distribution operations as well as the use of video system.The plant has now become a demonstrative intelligent plant with international advanced level,which is capable of running and making adjustments and decisions all independently in an automatic and unmanned manner with no need for artificial interference in routine operations.
