NPC三电平逆变器区间可调混合载波调制策略

摘要 零序电压注入载波脉宽调制策略作用于中点钳位型(NPC)三电平逆变器时可以有效解决全区间内的中点电压平衡问题,但随着调制度的增加或功率因数的降低,该策略将存在中点电压不可控区间导致中点电压平衡控制能力下降。当采用双调制波载波脉宽调制策略时虽然可以有效降低中点电压的低频振荡,但是开关频率显著增加。为了解决这一矛盾,本文混合上述两种策略提出了一种区间可调混合载波调制策略,通过控制调整因数实现双调制波载波脉宽调制策略作用区间的调整,进而实现中点电压与开关频率的均衡控制。最后,在基于RT-LAB的快速原型开发平台上进行实验研究,验证提出策略的可行性与有效性。 The zero-sequence voltage injection carrier pulse width modulation strategy can effectively solve the neutral-point voltage balance problem in the whole range when it acts on the neutral point clamped(NPC)three-level inverter.However,with the increase of the degree of modulation or the decrease of the power factor,the strategy will have neutral-point voltage uncontrollable region,which leads to the decline of the balance control ability of the neutral-point voltage.When the double modulation wave carrier pulse width modulation strategy is adopted,although the low frequency oscillation of the neutral-point voltage can be effectively reduced,the switching frequency is significantly increased.In order to solve this contradiction,this paper combines the above two strategies and proposes an interval adjustable hybrid carrier modulation strategy.By controlling the adjustment factor,the action interval of the double modulation wave carrier pulse width modulation strategy can be adjusted,and then the balanced control of neutral-point voltage and switching frequency can be realized.Finally,experimental research is carried out on the RT-LAB-based rapid prototype platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
