摘要
针对高速道岔转换过程中尖轨存在不足位移的问题,提出弹簧推力辊轮(STR)装置。介绍了STR装置的结构组成、安装方式、工作原理和动作过程等;通过受力分析和试验验证,表明STR装置可有效减小密贴尖轨在道岔转换过程中的不足位移,可应用于整治高速铁路大号码道岔尖轨不足位移。
To deal with scant displacement of the switch rail during the switching of high-speed turnout,the spring thrusting roller(STR)device was presented.The composition,installation method,working principle and action process of the STR are described.Through force analysis and test verification,it has been demonstrated that the STR could effectively reduce scant displacement of the closed switch rail in the switching course of the turnout and can be applied to reducing scant displacement of high-speed railway large-number turnout.
