摘要
目的:研究一种六味地黄滴丸的制备工艺。方法:以滴丸的圆整度和拖尾情况为考察指标优选基质比例、药物和基质比例;以含量、外观为考察指标优选研磨工艺参数;再以丸重差异,外观为考察指标优选滴制工艺参数研磨工艺参数,确定最佳处方。结果:优选的最佳处方为药物∶复合基质/(g∶g)为1∶6,PEG 4000与PEG 6000、泊洛沙姆188的质量比为1∶2∶0.125作为复合基质,研磨30 min,药物加水量为5%,自然滴制,滴速为50滴/min,液料温度为75℃,冷凝液温度10℃。结论:该工艺处方合理,滴丸硬度合适,圆整度良好,外观丸形色泽均匀、明亮,适合规模化生产应用。
Objective:The preparation technology of Liuwei Dihuang dropping pills was studied.Methods:The proportion of drug and the proportion of Matrix were optimized according to the roundness and the tailing of the dropping pills,the content and appearance of the dropping pills were selected according to the parameters of the grinding process,and the weight of the dropping pills was different,the best formula was determined by optimizing the grinding process parameters of the dropping system.Results:The optimal prescription was as follows:Composite matrix/(g∶g)is 1∶6.The ratio of PEG 4000 to PEG 6000 and Poloxamer 188 was 1∶2∶0.125,the mixture was ground for 30 minutes,the amount of water added was 5%,the natural dripping rate was 50 drips per minute,the temperature of liquid material is 75℃ and that of condensate is 10℃.Conclusion:The preparation is reasonable,the dropping pill has good hardness and roundness,uniform and bright appearance,and is suitable for large-scale production.
