摘要
目的:优化前处理过程,建立液相色谱-串联质谱测定水果制品中的噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、多菌灵、啶虫脒和咪鲜胺5种农药残留的方法。方法:选取木瓜干、葡萄干以及香蕉干为实验对象,采用0.1%的甲酸水和乙腈为流动相,结合液相色谱-串联质谱技术,对方法性能进行考察。结果:在最优实验条件下,方法的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.998,线性范围为0.5-160.0 ng·mL^(-1),检测限为0.000 061-0.001 000 μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为79.64%-100.60%,相对标准偏差在1.2%-4.9%。结论:该方法简单快捷,重复性好,效率高,可为水果制品中多种农药残留的检测提供科学依据。
Objective:To optimize the pretreatment process and establish a method for the determination of thiamethoxam,imidacloprid,carbendazim,acetamiprid and imitamine residues in fruit products by LC-MS/MS.Method:Dried papaya,raisin and banana were selected as experimental objects.0.1% formic acid water and acetonitrile were used as mobile phase,and the performance of the method was investigated by LC-MS /MS.Result:Under the optimal experimental conditions,the correlation coefficients of standard curves were greater than 0.998,the linear range was 0.5-160 ng·mL^(-1),the detection limit was 0.000 061-0.001 000 μg·kg^(-1),the spiked recoveries were 79.64%-100.60%,and the relative standard deviations were between 1.2% and 4.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,reproducible and efficient,which can provide scientific basis for the determination of pesticide residues in fruit products.
