贝中作业区电加热集油系统运行模式探讨 被引量:2

摘要 贝中作业区集油系统采用电加热树状集油流程,经多年运行存在故障率高、电能消耗大、管理难度大等问题。通过电加热系统运行现状进行综合分析,结合电加热系统管理经验,总结出适应于日常管理的“看、摸、测”、“3+2”管理法,加强各相关方培训,明确巡检要点。针对“树”状电加热系统有多个首端井的实际情况,单点冲洗管线不能做到全覆盖,作业区经过试验将原单点冲洗改为各分支多点冲洗,降回压效果明显提高。为加强能耗管理制定了电加热系统调整方案,逐条梳理管线现状,根据每条干线长度、产液量、含水情况制定针对性调整,制定《集油系统单井温度调整方案》,分批次调整集油系统温度,从而达到节能降耗,有效提高管理水平的目的。为节省电量,从集油管网整体考虑,逐井分析停运潜力,近几年共计切断停运管线44条13.83 km、功率211 kW;按全年平均负荷率40%计算,实现年节电46.5×10^(4)kWh。 The oil gathering system in Beizhong operation area is adopted the electric heating tree shaped collection process,which exists many problems like high failure rate,large power consumption and difficult management. Thus, through the comprehensive analysis of electric heating system operation status,the "see, touch, test" and "3+2" management methods are summarized,combined with the past experience of the electric heating system management. The training of the relevant parties is strengthened and the inspection points are also defined. In view of the actual situation that there are multiple first-end wells in the "tree" electric heating system,the single point washing pipeline can not be fully covered. After testing, the operation area has changed original single point washing to multi point washing of each branch, and the effect of pressure reduction is significantly improved. In addition, to strengthen energy saving management, the adjustment scheme of electric heating system is formulated and teased pipeline status item by item. According to each trunk length,production capacity,water content,the single well temperature adjustment of oil gathering system is made and adjusted the oil gathering system temperature one by one so as to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction and effectively reach the purpose of the management level. Most importantly, in order to save power,considering the shutdown potential of the collection pipe network,a total of 44 pipelines have been cut off for 13.83 km and 211 kW power are cut off in recent years. If the annual average load rate is 40%,the annual power saving is 46.5×10^(4)kWh.
