摘要
介绍传统开挖施工的缺点和非开挖施工技术的优势,分析研究非开挖施工技术在市政地下工程新建管道敷设和旧管道修复中常用的几种施工方法。重点分析了水平定向钻进法、夯管法、微型隧道法以及顶管法在地下市政新建管道敷设中的具体应用;重点分析了缠绕法和原位固化法在地下市政旧管道修复中的具体应用,并分析了非开挖市政地下管线施工方案的具体选择方法。
This paper introduces the shortcomings of traditional excavation construction and the advantages of trenchless construction technology,and analyzes and studies several common construction methods of trenchless construction technology in laying new pipelines and repairing old pipelines in municipal underground projects.The concrete applications of horizontal directional drilling,pipe ramming,micro tunnel and pipe jacking in the laying of new underground municipal pipelines are emphatically analyzed;The specific application of winding method and in-situ solidification method in the repair of old underground municipal pipeline is analyzed,and the specific selection method of trenchless municipal underground pipeline construction scheme is analyzed.
