镀件曲率对银镀层厚度测量准确度的影响

摘要 为了研究零部件曲率对其表面镀银层厚度测量的影响,分别采用便携式X射线测厚仪(准直器直径5 mm和3 mm)、台式X射线测厚仪(准直器直径0.3 mm)以及扫描电镜测量银镀层厚度。结果表明,零件的曲率越小(即曲率半径越大),使用便携式X射线测厚仪测量银镀层厚度的准确度就越高。曲率较大时,测厚仪的准直器直径越小,银镀层厚度测量的准确度越高。 To explore the effect of the curvature of a workpiece on the thickness measurement of silver coating electroplated on it, several kinds of devices i.e. a portable X-ray thickness gauge with a collimator diameter of 5 mm or 3 mm, a table X-ray thickness gauge with a collimator diameter of 0.3 mm, and a scanning electron microscope, were used to detect the thickness of silver coating. The results showed that the thickness of silver coating measured by a portable X-ray thickness gauge became more accurate with the decreasing of curvature i.e. the increasing of the radius of curvature. For the parts with relatively high curvature, the lower the collimator diameter of thickness gauge was, the higher the measurement accuracy would be.
