摘要
研究了镀前喷砂、活化、预镀镍及电镀给电方式对FGH97粉末冶金高温合金零件镀铬层结合力的影响,得到较佳的电镀铬工艺。
The effects of pretreatment process(such as sandblasting, activation, and nickel pre-plating) for a Ni-based powder metallurgy superalloy FGH97 and power supply mode during electroplating on the adhesion of chromium coating prepared thereon were studied. The process parameters of chromium electroplating were optimized.
