摘要
该文通过对国内体育场馆理论与实务领域的专家进行两轮德尔菲咨询,构建了委托管理型公共体育场馆社会效益评价指标体系。委托管理型公共体育场馆社会效益评价指标由3个一级指标、2个二级指标、27个三级指标构成。该研究建立的指标体系具备科学性与可操作性,在很大程度上能够反映场馆社会效益的真实情况,有利于为实现场馆社会效益考核提供理论支持。
Through two rounds of Delphi consultation with experts in the field of theory and practice of domestic stadiums, this paper constructs a social benefit evaluation index system of entrusted management public stadiums.The results show that the social benefit evaluation index of entrusted management public stadium is composed of three first level indexes, two second level indexes and 27 third level indexes. The index system established in this study is scientific and operable, which can reflect the real situation of social benefits of venues to a large extent,and is conducive to providing theoretical support for the realization of social benefits assessment of stadiums.
