摘要
随着全球人口老龄化形势日益严峻,老年人面临的骨质疏松问题愈发突出,也给骨科的诊疗带来了一定的困难和挑战。本文进行了系统的文献回顾,总结临床经验,分析治疗骨质疏松症的新技术和新疗法,呼吁全民重视骨骼肌肉健康和骨质疏松症的综合防治,努力实现健康老龄化的战略目标。
With the aging of the population, the osteoporosis in the elderly is becoming more prominent, which brings difficulties and challenges to the diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, the literatures were systematically reviewed, clinical experiences were summarized, and new techniques and therapies for the treatment of osteoporosis were analyzed. It should be paid attention to the musculoskeletal health and the comprehensive prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, and strive to achieve the strategic goal of healthy aging.
