摘要
目前,旋转式割草机被广泛应用在草坪清理和牧草收获中,其高速旋转的刀片会在割草机内部形成特定气流场,由于气流场对割草机的工作性能和噪音均存在较大影响,因此改善割草机内部气流场是旋转式割草机优化设计的关键。通过分析和归纳已有的割草机气流场相关文献,从割草机气流场分布、割草机参数与气流场的关系、气流场对草料的影响以及气流场和噪音的关系4个方面着手概括总结了研究现状,提出了割草机气流场进一步的研究方向,以期为旋转式割草机的优化设计提供参考。
The rotary mower is widely used in lawn cleaning and forage harvesting. Its high-speed rotating blades will form a specific airflow field inside the mower, which has a great influence on the working performance and noise of the mower. Therefore, improving the internal airflow field is an important part of the optimal design of the rotary mower. By analyzing and summarizing the existing literature on the airflow field of lawn mowers, this paper summarized the current research status of four aspects: airflow field distribution of lawn mowers, the relationship between lawn mower parameters and airflow field, the influence of airflow field on grass material and the relationship between airflow field and noise. Further research directions for the airflow field of lawn mowers were proposed to provide a reference for the optimal design of rotary lawn mowers.
