摘要
介绍良好农业规范(GAP)和中国良好农业规范(China GAP)的概念、发展历程、认证级别和认证标准,阐述良好农业规范认证与我国现行主流的"两品一标"认证的区别,分析陕西茶叶产地环境、品质特色和产业发展概况,讨论良好农业规范认证在陕西茶叶上开展的可行性、必要性与重大意义,系统地提出陕西茶叶开展良好农业规范认证环节中茶园可溯源性建设、茶叶安全质量管控、规范成效检验和宣传引导等关键技术要点。
Introduced the concepts, development history, certification levels and certification standards of Good Agricultural Practice(GAP) and China GAP, expounded the differences between the GAP certification and the current mainstream "two prod-ucts and one standard" certification in China, analyzed the production environment, quality characteristics and industrial develop-ment of Shaanxi tea, and discussed the feasibility, necessity and significance of the GAP certification on Shaanxi tea, Systemati-cally puted forward the key technical points such as tea garden traceability construction, tea safety and quality control, standard effect inspection, and publicity and guidance in Shaanxi tea to carry out the certification of good agricultural practice.
