摘要
目的:探讨血清中期因子(MK)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)水平检测在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月该院收治的50例甲状腺癌患者设为甲状腺癌组,另选取该院同期50例甲状腺腺瘤患者、50名健康体检者分别设为甲状腺腺瘤组与健康组,比较三组MK、IGF-1和Tg水平,不同分期甲状腺癌患者MK、IGF-1和Tg水平,不同预后甲状腺癌患者MK、IGF-1和Tg水平,以及MK、IGF-1和Tg水平与甲状腺癌患者预后的相关性。结果:甲状腺癌组MK、IGF-1和Tg水平高于甲状腺腺瘤组和健康组,且甲状腺腺瘤组高于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅳ期甲状腺癌患者MK、IGF-1和Tg水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期,且Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后不良患者MK、IGF-1和Tg水平均高于预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MK、IGF-1和Tg水平与甲状腺癌患者预后呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:MK、IGF-1和Tg水平检测可用于甲状腺癌诊断,且有利于判断分期和预后。
Objective:To investigate value of serum midkine(MK),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and thyroglobulin(Tg)detection in diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods:50 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as thyroid cancer group,and 50 cases of thyroid adenoma and 50 healthy subjects in the hospital during the same period were selected as thyroid adenoma group and healthy group,respectively.The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg were compared among the three groups.The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg in the thyroid cancer patients of different tumor stages were compared.The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg in thyroid cancer patients with different prognosis were compared.The correlations among the prognosis of the patients with thyroid cancer and the levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg were analyzed.Results:The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg in the thyroid cancer group were higher than those in the thyroid adenoma group and the healthy group,those of the thyroid adenoma group were higher than those of the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg in the patients with stage IV thyroid cancer were higher than those with stages I,II and III,those of the patients with stage III>stage II>stage I,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg in the patients with poor prognosis were higher than those in the patients with good prognosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MK,IGF-1 and Tg were positively correlated with the prognosis of patients with thyroid cancer(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection of MK,IGF-1 and Tg levels can be used for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer,and is helpful for judging the stage and the prognosis.
