摘要 【目的】评估钢渣在堆放或作为路基回填料时,重金属元素的浸出行为和潜在生态风险。【方法】采用长期浸出试验,研究3种粒径的江西萍钢钢渣重金属元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、Cr在pH分别为3.2、4.2、7.0的3种浸取剂浸泡下的浸出行为和质量浓度,并计算重金属元素的潜在危险系数。【结果】浸取剂的pH及钢渣的粒径越小,浸出液中重金属元素的质量浓度越大,Fe的质量浓度在14 d达到峰值,Mn、Zn、Cu、Cr的质量浓度则随浸泡时间的延长持续增大;钢渣重金属元素的质量浓度没有超过文献[19]规定的限值,但在pH=3.2和pH=4.2浸取剂的浸泡下,其质量浓度超过了我国标准中Ⅰ类地表水规定的限值。【结论】萍钢钢渣不具有浸出毒性特征,但钢渣浸出液致使周围的水资源存在重金属污染的潜在生态风险。 [Purposes] This work aims to evaluate the leaching behavior and potential ecological risk of heavy metals of steel slag that was stacked or used as a subgrade backfill.[Methods] The leaching behavior and mass concentration of heavy metals(Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, and Cr) of steel slag from Jiangxi Pinggang with three particle sizes were studied by the long-term leaching test method, which was soaked in three leaching agents of pH = 3.2, 4.2 and 7.0;Subsequently, the potential risk coefficient was calculated.[Findings] A smaller pH of the leaching agent and the particle size of the steel slag resulted in a greater mass concentration of heavy metals in the leaching solution, the mass concentration of Fe reached the peak at 14 days, and that of Mn, Zn, Cu, and Cr increased with the extension of soaking time;The mass concentration of heavy metals in steel slag rarely exceeded the limit specified in reference [19], whereas it exceeded the limit specified the standard for Class I surface water in the leaching agent with pH=3.2 and pH=4.2.[Conclusions] The steel slag of Pinggang is not a hazardous waste with leaching toxicity characteristics, but the leaching solution of steel slag exhibited the potential ecological risk of heavy metal pollution to the surrounding water resources.
