摘要
湖北省在以往的大件运输审批过程中缺少专业技术支撑,特殊大件临时委托第三方,存在着“风险高、时效慢”的缺点。通过对全省主要高速公路进行大件运输通行能力评估,建立可通行车辆数据库,开发基于数据库比对方法的大件运输决策辅助系统。经验证,该系统在保证安全的前提下显著地提高了大件运输审批效率。
In the past, there was a lack of professional technical support in the examination and approval process of large cargo transportation in Hubei Province, and the special large cargo was temporarily entrusted to a third party, which had the shortcomings of “high risk and slow timeliness”. By evaluating the traffic capacity of major expressways in the province, a passable vehicle database is established, and a decision-making assistant system for heavy cargo transportation based on database comparison method is developed. On the premise of ensuring safety, the system significantly improves the approval efficiency of large cargo transportation.
