摘要
传统方法对不同填料路基进行质量检测,存在检测时间长、破坏路基等问题,而快速无损检测是路基质量检测的趋势。文中基于刚性承载板下的动态加载回弹变形原理,研制一种路基动态回弹模量测试仪,并开展不同类型路基填料压实质量控制指标的比对关系试验。在此基础上,建立填土路基动态回弹模量与压实度、土石混填和填石类路基动态回弹模量与沉降差之间的相关关系,采用“对应性原则”确定相应填料路基的动态回弹模量控制标准,并以此提出一种路基压实质量的快速检测与评定方法,实现路基施工过程压实质量的快速无损检测,现场测试结果表明本方法精度高、稳定性好、操作简便。
According to the traditional methods, there are some problems in subgrade quality detection with different fillings, such as long detection time and damage to subgrade. Fast nondestructive testing is the trend of subgrade quality detection. Based on the principle of dynamic loading resilience deformation under rigid bearing plate, a tester of subgrade dynamic resilience modulus is developed, and the comparison test of compaction quality control indexes of different types of subgrade fillings is carried out. On this basis, the correlation between dynamic resilience modulus and compaction degree of filled subgrade, dynamic resilience modulus and settlement difference of soil-rock mixed subgrade and rock-filled subgrade is established, and the corresponding control standard of dynamic resilience modulus of filled subgrade is determined by “equivalence principle”. Based on this, a rapid detection and evaluation method of subgrade compaction quality is put forward, which realizes rapid nondestructive detection of subgrade compaction quality during construction. The field test results show that this method has high precision, good stability and easy operation.
