摘要
目的观察肌筋膜触发点埋线治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将86例KOA患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组43例予常规针刺治疗,治疗组43例予肌筋膜触发点穴位埋线治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分,并统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.3%(41/43),对照组总有效率86.0%(37/43),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后HSS膝关节评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),疼痛VAS均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后HSS膝关节评分高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛VAS低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后WOMAC骨关节炎指数各项评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肌筋膜触发点埋线治疗KOA疗效确切,能显著改善患者的膝功能,可作为KOA诊疗方案中的一个适宜技术推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thread-embedding therapy at myofascial trigger point(MTrP)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Totally 86 KOA patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group,with 43 per group.The treatment group was treated with thread-embedding therapy at MTrP,and the control group with conventional acupuncture.A 4-week treatment was performed to compare the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee score,visual analogue scale(VAS)?for pain,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)pain score;the curative effect and adverse reaction were assessed.Results The overall effective rate was 95.3%(41/43)in the treatment group,higher than that of 86.0%(37/43)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,HSS scores in groups were increased(P<0.05),while VAS scores were decreased(P<0.05);higher HSS scores,and lower VAS scores were detected in the treatment group than those in the control group(all P<0.05);WOMAC scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For KOA patients,thread-embedding therapy at MTrP has definite curative effect,can significantly improve knee function,worthy of promotion.
