摘要
基于杂原子掺杂改善碳点发光性能的性质,以半胱氨酸和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料合成了一种新型的三元素共掺杂的碳点(N,S,Si-CDs),对其合成条件进行优化,并表征了形貌、结构和发光性能。N,S,Si-CDs在370 nm激发波长下发射450 nm的蓝色荧光,荧光量子产率(QY)达到11%。研究发现对硝基苯酚(PNP)能猝灭N,S,Si-CDs的荧光,由此构建了N,S,Si-CDs荧光探针测定PNP的新方法。PNP浓度在0.9~60μmol/L范围内与荧光猝灭效率(F/F)呈良好的线性关系,检出限(LOD)为0.36μmol/L。将该方法用于测定实际水样中PNP,回收率范围为90.6%~95.2%。
Based on the characteristics that heteroatom doping can improve the luminescence performance of carbon dots,a new type of three-element co-doped carbon dots(N,S,Si-CDs)was prepared.The synthesis conditions were optimized,and the morphology,structure and luminescence properties of N,S,Si-CDs were characterized.N,S,Si-CDs can emit 450 nm blue fluorescence under excitation at 370 nm,and the fluorescence quantum yield reached 11%.The study found that p-nitrophenol(PNP)has a strong fluorescence quenching effect on N,S,Si-CDs,and thus a new method for the determination of PNP with N,S,Si-CDs fluorescent probe was constructed.When the concentration of PNP was in the range of 0.9-60μmol/L,it had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching efficiency(F/F),and the detection limit was 0.36μmol/L.This method was used to determine PNP in actual water samples with good recoveries of 90.6%-95.2%.
