摘要
以内涵式发展是新时代高职院校马克思主义学院建设的重中之重。与自治区外高职院校相比,宁夏高职院校的马克思主义学院在教育教学、科研宣传、研究建设、培养教育人才质量等方面还存在差距,马克思主义理论学科的建设水准有待进一步提高。内涵式发展赋能是一项体系复杂、循序渐进的大工程,包含对学科专业构建、思想理论教育、课程和教学体系构建、基础理论研究成果推广、教师队伍建设、人才质量等基本要素的整合与升华等,扎实促进宁夏高职院校马克思主义学院的蓬勃发展。
Connotative development is the top priority in the construction of colleges of Marxism in the higher vocational colleges of Ningxia in the new era. Compared with the domestic undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges in other regions, there is still a gap between the colleges of Marxism in Ningxia and those of other regions in the education and teaching, the scientific research and publicity, the research team construction,and the quality of talent training and education, and the construction level of Marxist theory discipline needs to be further improved. Connotative development empowerment is a great project with complex system, including the integration and sublimation of the basic elements such as the discipline construction, the ideological and theoretical education, the curriculum system construction and teaching system construction, the promotion of basic theory research achievements, the teaching team construction and the talent quality, etc. Connotative development can promote the vigorous development of the colleges of Marxism of higher vocational colleges in Ningxia.
