摘要
为研究2020年突发公共卫生事件发生后现阶段大学生卫生习惯及饮食习惯的改变及其影响因素,通过发放电子问卷的方式,共收集1503名高校大学生的基本情况,卫生习惯及饮食习惯的改变情况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果显示:现阶段大学生卫生习惯及饮食习惯得到较好改善,尤其是人际交往较好的学生及医学专业学生在卫生习惯及饮食习惯方面表现更为良好。因此,高校可以积极发挥学生干部的力量,鼓励同学之间相互带动,以引领养成良好的卫生习惯与饮食习惯,同时坚持加强卫生、饮食教育,使生活习惯教育更加具体化,确保高校大学生在现阶段坚持好的生活习惯。
This paper is to study the changes of college students’ living habits(including health and eating habits) and its influencing factors after the public health emergency in 2020. Electronic questionnaire of 1503college students is collected, and the changes of health and dietary habits are analyzed statistically. Conclusion is that at present, the health and eating habits have been improved, and especially the students with good interpersonal communication and the students majoring in medicine have better performance in health and eating habits.Therefore, colleges and universities can give full play to the power of student cadres, encourage them to promote and guide good health and eating habits, and insist on strengthening health and food education to make living habits education more specific, so as to ensure that college students should adhere to good living habits at the present stage.
