摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合云克治疗对甲状腺相关眼病的治疗效果。方法:将2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日在本院住院的甲状腺相关眼病患者作为研究对象,采用历史性前后对照,对照组和干预组各42例。对照组采用单纯糖皮质激素,干预组采用糖皮质激素联合云克治疗。结果:干预组治疗有效率(92.86%)明显高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组CAS评分(1.61±0.58)分明显低于对照组的(3.08±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组眼压水平(17.78±3.36)mmHg明显低于对照组的(20.06±3.15)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用糖皮质激素联合云克治疗甲状腺相关眼病临床疗效显著,能显著降低甲状腺相关眼病的不良症状,降低患者眼压,提高患者舒适度,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid combined with Yunke in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.Methods:The patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy hospitalized in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects,and the historical pre and post control was used,with 42 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the intervention group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid alone,and the intervention group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Yunke.Results:The effective rate of the intervention group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,CAS score of intervention group(1.61±0.58)was significantly lower than that of control group(3.08±0.62),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the intervention group(17.78±3.36)mmHg was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.06±3.15)mmHg,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with Yunke in the treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is significant,which can significantly reduce the adverse symptoms of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,reduce the intraocular pressure of patients,and improve the comfort of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
