摘要
农业供应链一直是供应链管理领域备受关注的研究方向,由于其结构较为复杂、参与主体众多,长期存在着信息传递不畅、食品安全难保障等问题。区块链技术所具有的数据透明、不可篡改、全程可追溯等特点为这些问题提供了可能的解决方案,展示了广阔的应用前景。已有不少学者对区块链在农业供应链中的应用展开了研究,文章对这些研究进行文献计量分析和内容分析,以了解整个领域的研究现状和趋势,为未来的研究提供参考。文章以Web of Science核心合集为数据源,利用VOSviewer软件对发表于2016年-2022年“区块链+农业供应链”领域的130篇文献进行了关键词共现、文献影响力、文献共被引和文献耦合等分析,得到了出现频率最高的关键词和影响力较大的文献,并通过内容分析确定了四个主要的研究方向:区块链在农业供应链中的应用前景、基于区块链的农业供应链追溯系统、农业供应链应用区块链存在的技术挑战以及农业供应链中采纳区块链的影响因素。整体而言,区块链应用于农业供应链的相关研究仍处于起步阶段,尚有较大研究空间。
Agricultural supply chain(ASC)management has always been an attractive research direction in the field of supply chain management.Due to its complex structure and a large amount of participants,ASCs face issues such as poor information transmission and food quality and safety.The characteristics of blockchain technology—data transparency,tamper resistance,and traceability,provide possible solutions to these problems,showing an extensive application prospect.Many scholars have already carried out research on the application of blockchain in the ASC.This paper intends to conduct a bibliometric analysis and content analysis of these studies to understand the research status and trends of the entire field,and to provide references for future research.This paper uses the core collection of Web of Science as the data source and uses VOS viewer software to conduct keyword co-occurrence,document influence,document co-citation,and bibliographic coupling analysis of 130 papers in the field of“blockchain+agricultural supply chain”published from 2016 to 2022.The keywords with the highest frequency and the literature with greater influences were obtained,and four main research directions were determined through content analysis:the application prospect of blockchain in the ASC,the traceability system based on blockchain in the ASC,the technical challenges when applying the blockchain in the ASC,and the influencing factors of adopting blockchain in the ASC.The findings show that the research on the application of blockchain in the field of the ASC is still in its infancy.Plenty of research opportunities exist.
