摘要
城市日益呈现出超流动、沙粒化和即时化,社会关系的疏离和网络化的个人主义成为社区治理难题。城市主流媒体的融合发展,应该抓住城市社区治理的主要矛盾,成为城市社会关系的建构者,而不是进行技术性改造的平台搭建或发展商业性的电商业务。城市主流媒体需要超越单一的信息生产中心逻辑,发展为区域生态服务商,探索组织平台化、功能服务化和生产协同化,在各个城市治理主体的社会行动和实践中发挥连接性和组织性的功能,通过资讯供应和数据应用为城市治理赋能。
The city has become increasingly hyper-mobile,grainy and instant,and the alienation of social relations and networked individualism have become difficulties in community governance.The integrated development of urban mainstream media needs to tackle the main contradiction of urban community governance and become the constructor of urban social relations,rather than the platform building of technical transformation or the development of commercial e-commerce business.It’s important for mainstream urban media to go beyond a single logical information production center and grow into regional ecological service providers.They need to explore organizational platforms,function services and production synergy.By playing a connective and organizational function for various parties,they will be able to empower city governance by means of information supply and data application.
