摘要 通过醚化、肼解反应及在溶剂中的自组装合成的酰肼类超分子化合物在分析检测方面的应用是多年来的研究热点。但酰肼类化合物由于其经过柱层析色谱后产率低,且结构中所含的亚氨基(-NH2)经过实验发现对生物机体存在毒性,既对原料浪费多又不适合应用于生物检测,不符合环境友好型社会的发展要求。在环境问题和生命健康问题尤为突出的今天,酰腙类超分子化合物的合成成为解决上述问题的手段之一。综述了各种酰腙类超分子化学传感器的制备及其在阴阳离子检测中的应用。 The application of hydrazide sol or gel synthesized by etherification,hydrazidolysis and self-assembly in solvent in the detection of heavy metal ions has been a research focus for many years.However,due to its low yield after column chromatography,and the imino(-NH2) contained in the structure has been found to be toxic to the biological body through experiments,the hydrazide compounds are wasteful of raw materials and not suitable for biological detection,which do not meet the development requirements of environment-friendly society.The synthesis of acylhydrazone supramolecular compound gels is one of the methods to solve these problems. In this paper,the preparation of supramolecular chemical sensors of acylhydrazone and their applications in detection of cation and anion are reviewed.
