摘要
以国道109高速公路工程为依托,对喷射混凝土的配合比进行设计。在配合比设计过程中掺加适宜的速凝剂调整混凝土的凝结时间,通过对拌合物和易性能、回弹率以及喷射机工作时的压力等研究,选取最优的配合比进行实际工程应用。此外,通过施工现场实践,不断地进行优化、改进,积累经验,总结出一套完整的喷射混凝土应用技术,对以后隧道等工程初期支护有很好的实用价值。
Based on the national highway 109 expressway project, the shotcrete mix ratio is designed. In the process of mixing ratio design, appropriate accelerating agent is added to adjust the setting time of concrete, and the optimal mixing ratio is selected for practical engineering application by studying the workability of mixture, springback rate and pressure of jet at work. In addition,through the construction site practice, continuous optimization, improvement, accumulation of experience,a complete set of shotcrete application technology is summed up. It has a very good practical value for the later tunnel engineering initial support.
