摘要
在系统哲学视域下,共同体与生产力一起成长。扩大和深化“一带一路”国际合作构建人类命运共同体生产力发展特点:一是增强整体性和层次性。以共赢和“五通”机制促进“团结合作”,生产力要素汇聚增强整体性、“一加一大于二”效果和层次性。二是增强协同性和涌现性。涌现性、层次性与整体性具有伴生性,构建人类命运共同体生产力要素来源广,互补性、协调性增强,因而不断增强协同性和涌现性,产生更多新的生产力。三是增强发展绿色生产力目的性与整合性。构建人类命运共同体把发展绿色生产力作为一个重要目的,共同制定和实施“一带一路”国际合作计划,增强生产力要素整合性,加快发展绿色生产力,减少资源消耗和废物排放,顺应时代潮流和人民追求美好生活愿望。
From the perspective of system philosophy,gemeinschaft and productivity“grow together”.Expanding and deepening“one belt,one road”international cooperation,and promoting the development characteristics of productivity in a community of shared future for mankind are as follows:Firstly,enhance integrity and hierarchy.Rely on the win-win and“five-accessible”mechanism to promote“unity and cooperation”.The convergence of productivity factors enhances the integrity,and the effect and level of“one plus one is greater than two”.Secondly,enhance synergy and emergence.Emergence,hierarchy and integrity are associated with each other.Productivity factors for building a community with a shared future for mankind come from a wide range of sources,and the complementarity and coordination are raised.As a result,the synergy and emergence are constantly enhanced to produce more new productivity.Thirdly,enhance the purposefulness and integration of developing green productivity.To build a community with a shared future for mankind and take the development of green productivity as an important purpose,we should draw up and implement“one belt,one road”international cooperation plan,integrate the factors of productive forces and develop green productive forces,control resource consumption and waste discharge,conform to the trend of the times and the people’s desire for a better life.
