摘要
目的:研究耳穴埋籽联合情志护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者疾病恐惧评分(对自身健康状况的担忧和恐惧、对今后社会家庭功能状况的担忧和恐惧)、心理状态评分(焦虑评分、抑郁评分)、健康信念评分(感知到的易感性、感知到的严重性、感知到的障碍、感知到的益处、健康动力)的改善效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年2月于本院妇科行手术治疗的60例恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组实施妇科传统护理干预,观察组实施耳穴埋籽联合情志护理干预,2周后比较护理前后的疾病恐惧评分、心理状态评分、健康信念评分差异。结果:护理后两组患者的疾病恐惧评分、心理状态评分均低于护理前,健康信念评分高于护理前,且观察组各分值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋籽联合情志护理干预有助于提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者健康信念水平、减轻疾病恐惧感并改善其负面心理状态,值得临床应用。
Objective:To study the score of disease fear(worry and fear about one's own health status,worry and fear about future social and family function status),psychological state score(anxiety score,depression score)in patients with gynecological malignant tumor by ear-point burying seeds combined with emotional nursing intervention,improvement in health belief scores(perceived susceptibility,perceived severity,perceived impediment,perceived benefit,health motivation).Methods:A total of 60 patients with malignant tumors who underwent surgery in the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional gynecological nursing intervention,and the observation group was given ear acupoint implantation combined with emotional nursing intervention.After 2 weeks,the differences in disease fear score,psychological state score,and health belief score were compared before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of disease fear and psychological state of the two groups of patients were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of health belief were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint burying seeds combined with emotional nursing intervention can help improve the level of health beliefs,reduce the fear of disease and improve their negative psychological state in patients with gynecological malignant tumors,which is worthy of promotion.
