提高柴油机进排气接管生产效率

摘要 本文主要探讨分析采取多项改进措施来提高柴油机零部件--进排气接管的生产效率。针对进排气接管生产效率低,不能满足柴油机生产需要的矛盾,从整个工艺流程梳理影响生产效率的诸多要素,归纳总结出以下五点主要因素:1、铣削刀具转速低2、打压平台与进排气接管尺寸不匹配3、打压工装注水管接头连接方式不合理4、打压工装密封垫片易变形5、打压工装操作空间小等。针对以上诸多因素,采取相应改进措施来提高新型船用柴油机进排气接管单件加工的加工效率,减少加工时间,满足生产要求。 This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the adoption of a number of improvement measures to improve the production efficiency of intake and exhaust nozzles of diesel engine parts.The production efficiency of intake and exhaust pipe is low.Contradiction that can not meet the needs of diesel engine production.Sort out many factors affecting production efficiency from the whole process.The following five main factors are summarized:1、Milling tool speed is low.2、The size of the pressure platform does not match the size of the inlet and exhaust pipe.3、The connection mode of water injection pipe joint of pressure toolig is unreasonable.4、The sealing gasket of pressing tooling is easy to deform.5、The operation space of pressing tooling is small.In view of the above many factors.Take corresponding improvement measures to improve the processing efficiency of single piece processing of intake and exhaust connecting pipe of new marine diesel engine,Reduce processing time,Meet production requirements.
