摘要
为延展某居民楼建筑的使用用途,某工程对该楼砌体结构房屋进行了整体加固改造。文中探讨了砌体结构建筑的检测鉴定与整体改造办法,依照检测鉴定结果及改造要求,有针对性地制定了合理的加固改造方案,并在实践中总结经验,为类似工程改造项目提供参考借鉴。
In order to extend the use of a residential building, a project has carried out the overall reinforcement and reconstruction of the masonry structure of the building. This paper discusses the detection and identification of masonry structures and the overall transformation methods. According to the detection and identification results and transformation requirements, a reasonable reinforcement and transformation scheme is formulated, and the experience is summarized in practice, which provides reference for similar engineering transformation projects.
