摘要
在《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中,针对智慧城市提出了许多新方案,为了更好的完成智慧城市建设,文章中,作者以民众时空间行为为切入点,以人本导向为需求,对智慧城市规划与管理展开了详细论述,对基于时空间行为的人本导向生活圈规划与管理分析,社区规划与管理、交通规划与管理分别加以说明。
In the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Long-term Objectives for 2035, many new plans for smart cities are put forward. In order to better complete the construction of smart city, in this paper, the author discusses in detail the planning and management of smart cities with people’s temporal and spatial behavior as the entry point and people-oriented orientation as the demand. It explains the human-oriented life circle planning and management analysis, community planning and management and traffic planning and management which are on the basis of time-space behavior respectively.
