水泥基渗透结晶型防水砂浆研制与防水性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 制备一种水泥基渗透结晶型防水砂浆,通过降低水灰比、掺入硅灰、粉煤灰替代部分水泥作为胶凝材料达到降低成本和改善抗渗性能的目的,同时加入不同掺量活性化学物质并进行正交试验,以抗折及抗压强度与抗渗透压力(透水)作为主要指标确定防水材料最佳配比。结果表明,防水砂浆中活性物质可高效促进水泥水化,水化硅酸钙相对含量增加,胶凝态物质含量明显增多,晶体生长连续,结构更加密实;渗透结晶母料质量占胶凝材料质量最佳比例为:酒石酸0.3%、硅酸钠2%、氯化钙2%;用粉煤灰和硅灰代替部分水泥同样满足抗渗要求,且抗折、抗压强度有所提高。 In this paper,a cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof mortar was prepared.The purpose of reducing cost and improving impermeability is achieved by reducing the water-cement ratio,adding silica fume and fly ash instead of some cement as a cementitious material.At the same time,different amounts of active chemicals are added for the orthogonal test,and the best ratio of waterproof material is determined with flexural compressive strength and impermeability pressure(permeability)as the main indexes.The results show that the active substances in waterproof mortar effectively promote the hydration of cement,the relative content of hydrated calcium silicate increases,the content of cementitious substances increases obviously,the crystal growth is continuous and the structure is denser.Among them,the best ratio of the mass of osmotic crystallization masterbatch to the mass of cementitious material is tartaric acid 0.3%;sodium silicate 2%;calcium chloride 2%.After replacing part of cement with fly ash and silica fume,it also meets the requirements of impermeability and improves the flexural and compressive strength.
