摘要 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)和操作技能直接观察评估(directly observed procedural skills,DOPS)评分量表在创伤中心住院医师规范化培训的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在江苏省南通大学附属医院创伤中心病区住院医师规范化培训轮转学生共118名。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组在对照组的基础上根据住培生初次Mini-CEX和DOPS评分针对性进行加强培训。最后观察两组教学效果。结果实验组住培生Mini-CEX和DOPS评分、出科考试成绩及带教满意度评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX和DOPS评分量表应用于创伤中心住院医师规范化培训,取得良好的教学效果,使住培生能快速掌握创伤急救相关的基础理论知识和临床操作技能。 Objective To observe the application effect of mini CEX and DOPS score scale in standardized training of residents in trauma center.Methods A total of 118 students were selected from January 2019 to December 2020 for standardized training of residents in the trauma center ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,Jiangsu Province.The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group taught with strengthened teaching on the basis of the control group according to the initial mini CEX and DOPS scores.Finally,the teaching effects of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of mini CEX and DOPS、exit examination scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of mini CEX and DOPS scoring scale in the standardized training of residents in trauma center has achieved good teaching results,so that the students can quickly master the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills related to trauma first aid.
