摘要
随着实战化训练的不断推进,我军航材物流人才难以适应新形势下航材物流保障需求的问题越发突出,严重阻碍了军事融合模式下航材物流的发展。文章从军民融合模式下航材物流人才的基本特点出发,梳理出航材物流人才所必须的能力素质,构建航材物流人才评价指标体系。通过层次分析法等方法确定相应的指标权重,并利用模糊综合评价法对所建立的指标体系进行定性、定量分析,建立了航材物流人才评价模型,将评价标准进行量化,为新模式下航材物流人才评价提供了有效的支撑,对推进航材物流人才培养具有重要作用。
With the continuous advancement of military practical training, the problem that our military aviation equipment logistics talents are difficult to meet the needs of aviation equipment logistics support under the new situation is becoming more and more prominent, which seriously hinders the development of aviation equipment logistics under the military integration mode. Starting from the basic characteristics of aviation equipment logistics talents under the military civilian integration mode, this paper combs out the necessary abilities and qualities of aviation equipment logistics talents, and constructs the evaluation index system of aviation equipment logistics talents. The corresponding index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process, and the established index system is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper establishes the evaluation model of aviation equipment logistics talents, quantifies the evaluation standards, provides effective support for the evaluation of aviation equipment logistics talents under the new model, and plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of aviation equipment logistics talents.
