摘要
目的比较B超弓|导下与宫腔直视吸引手术系统下无痛人流术的临床有效性。方法选取本院妇科收治的需行无痛人流术的患者400例为研究对象,结合其意愿分为两组。对照组224例于B超引导下行无痛人流术,研究组176例于宫腔直视吸引手术系统下行无痛人流术。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、宫腔被进入与吸引次数、术后腹痛时间、术后出血时间、月经恢复时间、并发症发生率及二次手术率。结果与对照组相比,研究组的手术时间、术后出血时间、术后腹痛时间及月经恢复时间均更短,术中出血量、宫腔被进入与吸引次数均更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率为1.14%,明显低于对照组4.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的二次手术率为1.79%,研究组无此案例,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于B超引导下,宫腔直视吸引手术系统下无痛人流术的有效性更好且安全性更高,更具推广价值。
Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness of painless abortion under the guidance of B-ultrasound and uterine cavity direct vision aspiration system.Methods A total of 400 patients needed painless abortion admitted to the Department of Gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to their willingness.The control group(224 cases)underwent painless abortion under the guidance of B-ultrasound,and the study group(176 cases)underwent painless abortion under the uterine cavity direct vision aspiration system.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,times of intrauterine entry and attraction,postoperative abdominal pain time,postoperative bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,complication rate and reoperation rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative bleeding time,postoperative abdominal pain time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss,intrauterine entry and attraction times were less,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 1.14%,which was significantly lower than 4.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of reoperation in the control group was 1.79%,while there was no such case in the study group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with B-ultrasound guidance,painless abortion under the uterine cavity direct vision aspiration system is more effective and safe,which is more valuable for promotion.
